Rubbish Eat Rubbish Grow

With a generic name like Wine & Chef, I didn’t expect it to be so good. It’s opened by SG Wine Cellar and has 400 wines mostly from Italian family-owned boutique wineries.

Part wine shop, part restaurant and bar, Wine & Chef is Bukit Pasoh’s shining gem by local wine provider SG Wine Cellar in partnership with Italian wine distributor Papawines. This multi-concept establishment specializes in Italian wines curated by wine consultant Fabio Magnani, as well as Mod-Sin dishes created by executive chef Wilson Ang (of DB Bistro, Spruce and Fordham & Grand fame). Expect honest and toned down interiors instead of luxurious embellishments.
